HYPATIA is a 1981 Mirage 27 designed by Robert Perry, naval architect renowned for his cruiser/racer yacht designs. She has been maintained in good condition with many recent upgrades.
She sails beautifully with her new NORTH mainsail and new NORTH 145% genoa. Also comes with asymmetric spinnaker.
Moorage paid through May 2023. Annual sublet might be available.
She was in good condition when be bought her in 2020 We have loved this boat and have continued to upgrade her since then.
She has taken our family and dogs on memorable cruises in Georgia Strait and Jervis Inlet. We are now moving to a larger boat to accommodate more family and longer trips.
Interior upholstery - very good condition – V Berth , port and starboard settees.
Double berth V-berth, port settee slides to provide generous width of berth or a cozy double, single berth in starboard settee.
Engine Yanmar 1GM – major overhaul 2019 by previous owner and well maintained by current owner.
